Team Use

2012 Appleton Lacrosse registration information:

1. Club registration materials are due by January 13, 2012. The links to the forms are directly below.

2. Club dues are currently $150 per player, due by March 12, 2012 and our subject to our fundraising activities and final roster numbers.

3. All players must also register themselves with US Lacrosse and pay the annual fee of $35 by March 12, 2012. Click the link below for US Lacrosse.

4. No player may participate until materials (for winter play) and dues (for spring season) are turned in. Materials aren't "turned in" until the Registration team has properly completed all materials. Keep in mind it may take days for us to determine this, and a player may not play until that determination is made.
